Adventures of Konko Biire, is a fiction on an African child, who
waddles fruitlessly round the borders of life, bedeviled with
incessant rejection, hatred and failure traceable to his origin.

His challenges started with his Auntie, Adunni who never went school
and was naturally embittered, hearing the success story of Konko
Biire. Even when he tried to satisfy her, she made up her mind that
Konko Biire will never succeed. The story reveals foundational battles
in Africa that may be difficult to explain or prove except by divine
intervention.

With all the efforts he puts forth to gain admission to one of the
best universities in Nigeria, Konko Biire was mysteriously failing a
particular course which was known to be his best. Worried about the
cause of his failure that made him to spend extra year in the
university, Konko Biire became a wanderer.

His romance during the national youth service in the east with Nkiruka
was amazing. Though he promised to marry her, by the time Nkiruka
discovered she was pregnant by the time Konko Biire was rounding off
the service year, he renounced his earlier promises, claiming he would
be rejected by his parents if he marries from Igboland.

The travail of his wife, Asake who was inflicted with strange ailment
that almost took her life was another great lesson.

This life’s warrior faced with series of challenges that make his
existence miserable is forced to make life-changing choices. What will
he choose? With all his sturdiness, will he be able to overcome the
wicked witch? But how did it all begin? Where did it really start?

What happened to his preferred ambition?

The book reveals strange but true stories of African society as it
teaches moral, relationship, features of leadership, attitude and
basic essence of determination in life’s encounters.
