Nigerians Excited Over Buhari’s Return

Nigerians have shown great excited on Friday when their President, Muhammadu Buahri returned after almost two months of vacation in the United Kingdom

The untimely return of the President was instigated by the political pressure he received from most of his colleagues.  According to the reports, the President will be returning back to the United Kingdom in three weeks for further treatment.

Addressing Nigerians, the President appreciated everyone who supported him in prayers in regards to his health.  He said that the prayer is a proof that Nigerians still support the government despite the crisis the country is facing. He claimed that his stay in United Kingdom for treatment has made a tremendous impact on his health.

Buhari while expressing his gratitude to everyone said the best way to repay Nigerians is to rededicate himself to serving, protecting the interest and keeping the trust of Nigerians. “I am feeling much better now but there may be need for further follow up within some weeks.”

The President updating Nigerians on his health status said he has never been this sick in his entire life and this ailment led to the point of him having a blood transfusion.

Vice- President, Yemi Osinbanjo who was the Acting President in the absence of the President expressed his joy to have the President back in the country. “It is a day of joy not only for us but for the whole country, Africa and the world. Your arrival has vindicated our position that you will return safely.”

Appreciating the President, he said: “I also want to thank you for respecting the constitution by entrusting power to me before travelling to the UK.”

According to information gathered, Buhari’s health condition will not allow him to carry out any function as well playing his role as the President.

Returning back to the Presidential Villa, the President asked the Vice President to continue to play the role as the Acting President while he recuperates.
